P-Synch/SSO® reduces the number of times that a user must type his ID and password every day. Individual logins are only slightly faster, but the savings can amount to significant productivity when scaled up across many logins per day, many days per year and many employees in the organization.
User Provisioning
ID-Synch® eliminates long wait times for new users, and for users who need new access rights:
- New users are provisioned more quickly, though automation and the self-service workflow. Delays of days or weeks, needed to onboard new users with manual processes, are replaced with processes that take just a few hours.
- When users change job responsibilities, they can request new access rights for themselves -- or their peers or managers can make requests on their behalf.
