Calgary, Canada -- January 13, 2010 -- Hitachi ID Systems is pleased to offer a self-directed training module for Hitachi ID Password Manager. This training package is designed for security administrators, help desk personnel, systems administrators, project leader/managers and anyone responsible for the implementation and administration of Hitachi ID Password Manager software.
The package includes approximately 40 hours of Password Manager training sessions that are based on an instructor-led training program. Once completed, the user will gain valuable insight into:
- Underlying product architecture
- Implementation considerations
- Security considerations
- Long term administration and support
- Problem isolation and resolution
