M-Tech Opens a Technology Office in Montreal
Growing demand for M-Tech identity management solutions leads M-Tech to open a second major solution delivery office in Montreal.
Gartner Security Summit, Washington DC - June 6, 2006 -- M-Tech Information Technology Inc., a leading provider of identity management solutions, today announced the opening of a major technology office in Montreal.
M-Tech has experienced significant growth in identity management software sales in the past two years, in particular the sale of licenses for ID-Synch user provisioning software. This has triggered growing demand for implementation services, as a typical user provisioning deployment consumes from ten to twenty times more services than a comparable password management deployment.
The Montreal technology office was opened in March, 2006 and is now fully operational. Fifteen staff have been hired and trained, and M-Tech anticipates continued rapid expansion, both in Montreal and the Calgary head office, to support continued growth in user provisioning implementation projects. M-Tech anticipates that the Montreal office will surpass 50 staff in 2007, making M-Tech one of the largest identity management deployment services organizations.
In addition to supporting more user provisioning deployments, the Montreal office will enable M-Tech to extend services to customers across additional time zones. M-Tech has integrated the Montreal office as a virtual extension to the Calgary services group.
