Idan Shoham, M-Tech's CTO to Speak On "Expanding Automated Help-Desk Services for User and Access Administration" At HDI 2006

HDI 2006 to Take Place March 19-22, 2006 in Nashville, TN

Calgary, AB - March 20, 2006 -M-Tech Information Technology, Inc., a leading provider of identity management solutions, today announced that Idan Shoham, M-Tech's CTO, and Jeffrey Heck of Millennium Consulting Partners will be featured speakers at the Help Desk Institute Annual Conference and Expo, HDI 2006. This conference is the world's leading event for the customer service, help desk and technical support industry, which will be held March 19-22, 2006, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, TN. The speaking engagement will take place on Tuesday, March 21st at 10:45am.

This session will focus on how support organizations, which already leverage automation to manage simple issues such as password resets and knowledge management, can move up the value chain to deliver identity management services. Such a move benefits the whole organization, and provides business justification for continued operation and growth of an IT support team.

Idan and Jeffrey will introduce the components and function of an enterprise identity management infrastructure, identify benefits and address challenges associated with deploying such a system. They will lay out a cost-benefit financial model for enterprise-scale identity management software implementation project and discuss how to manage an IDM deployment in a manner that minimizes risk, cost and delivery timeline.
