Responsibilities:
- Calling prospects using a customer relationship management (CRM) database
- Managing accounts
- Qualifying incoming inquiries
- Participating in presentations and demonstrations
- Answering product related questions, including documentation and pricing
- Managing product evaluations
- Assisting senior account managers throughout the sales cycle in team driven account environment
- Maintaining a positive attitude and a strong competitive drive
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have:
- 1-3 years experience in sales activities using the telephone, e-mail and online communication tools such as WebEx or Live Meeting, preferably in the technology sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team orientation
- Post secondary degree or diploma`
